Social Activation Manager

Description:

We are a premier branding agency headquartered in Philadelphia looking for a Social Activation Manager to join our growing team! This individual should be personable, collaborative, and ambitious. They will be tasked with providing deliberate and exciting recommendations for search, social, display, and video. This role will provide thoughtful insight across a breadth of clients and channels, owning the practice and optimization strategies within the social space specifically. Social Activation Manager

  • A heavily client-facing role that requires a proven track record of comfortability with day to day client interaction
  • Planning and managing paid social activity on applicable social media channels (Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • The main point of contact for client relationship management
  • Managing risks + opportunities for social channels across the client roster
  • Generate and manage monthly bill/pay and spend reporting
  • Participate in regular knowledge share sessions to learn new strategies for optimizing and enhancing campaign performance
  • Collaborate with our SEM partner to ensure alignment across campaigns
  • Develop competitive analysis, client-facing campaign performance reports, and presentation materials
  • Great analytic skills (including quantitative analysis) and confidence in developing insights to make data-based decisions

  • Build strong + effective relationships both internally and externally

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in media, communications, marketing, or related field
  • Proven experience in a Digital Media or Advertising role
  • General knowledge of the media landscape and holistic advertising process
  • Approximately 3+ years of experience in a digital media agency, a minimum of 2 years of paid social
  • Exceptional writing and communication skills are critical in this role
  • Ability to grasp complex content, experience working in large data sets is a plus
  • Flexible approach; ability to change priorities against changing client/team needs

Executive Assistant

Position Description:

This position will oversee the coordination, management and administrative duties of the agency. The Executive Assistant will report directly to the agency’s President & CEO and work on a variety of tasks related to the CEO’s working life and communication. The Executive Assistant provides support in all administrative tasks including, but not limited to, answering phones, filing, communicating with clients and business partners and scheduling. In addition, the qualified candidate will help to support all new business development, managing and scheduling calendar appointments and meetings, supporting recruitment efforts, as well as tracking projects, proposals and related items as directed. Senior PR Account Executive

Description:

Neff Associates, a premier advertising agency and two-time winner of Best Places to Work in Philadelphia, is rapidly growing! With an exciting year ahead, we are looking for an enthusiastic and driven individual to join our Public Relations department. This position, 4+ years PR experience, will act as the day-to-day point person across multiple client accounts while working with and managing the junior staff. Responsibilities:

  • Serve as day-to-day support for select clients, managing both strategy and execution
  • Foster client-agency relationships, daily, to build trust and become a valuable resource to the client
  • Provide client service support: attend meetings, meet deadlines, troubleshoot problems, draft recaps
  • Coordinate media relations efforts (curating targeted media lists, pitch writing, phone pitching, securing coverage, etc.)

Media Planner/Buyer

Ideal Candidate:

  • 2-4 years experience in media buying, strategy and planning for digital, radio, out-of-home, print and television
  • 2+ years agency experience
  • A proven track record of negotiating and analyzing buys for digital and out-of-home (radio, TV and print experience a plus)
  • Exceptional at collaborating with multiple stakeholders
  • Experience working directly with clients and managing client expectations

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and media research tools (ie. Kantar, Media Audit, Comscore, Scarborough, ect.)
  • Skilled in analyzing data to uncover insights and create data-driven solutions (pivot table experience is a plus)
