Providing a product that would be seen and used by thousands would have to be handled appropriately. Our challenge was to develop a mobile website that would function like a web application, relying heavily on a GPS based module.
The task was clear, however the execution was more complex. The mobile experience would have to be intelligent enough to display information like GPS location and upcoming bus traffic while staying simple enough for passengers to find vital content and easily browse the entire site.
While drafting the experience carefully, our team was able to prepare a framework that would display crucial content without overwhelming the design integrity. With expansive research and testing, we were able to produce a result that functions appropriately while comforting the experience of the user.
Our mission was to be absolutely sure the technology was intuitive and could be navigated simply. By proceeding delicately, we were successful in providing an interface that will connect passengers to a clean and simple application that allows them to explore Philadelphia’s hot spots in a comfortable manor.
Summer Ridership Through August 2016
Our team targeted top-tier outlets to promote PHLASH, such as CBS Philly and Philadelphia Business Journal, NBC 10 and Billy Penn. Articles in these publications not only garnered the brand higher exposure in the Philadelphia market, but also helped promote its services.
