1919 Market Marketing Case Study

Redefining luxury apartment living in the heart of Center City, Philadelphia.

Project Goal

1919 Market came to Neff to help publicize their unique features and contemporary living spaces, which feature best-in-class amenities, skyline views and luxury penthouses. In order to attract interest and secure rentals, the new building needed to get the word out to the Philadelphia public.

Advertising

This unique space called for out of the box advertising. We paired elegant black and white photography with vibrant color to showcase 1919 Market’s modern and dynamic qualities. We hand painted the colored strokes on clear vellum to match the brush strokes in the corporate identity.

Social Media

Through interior and exterior photography and creative graphics, our social media campaign generated public interest leading up to the opening and then continued to publicize events and amenities.

Public Relations

Our PR team was tasked with generating awareness around the project with the ultimate goal of fully leasing the building. We utilized local media to engage with the target audience to draw attention to both the project and key milestones such as Now Leasing, Move Ins – First Tenants and completion. An event, planned and executed by the Neff PR team, included a ribbon-cutting with prominent city officials and the Executive Team both from LCOR and Brandywine Realty Trust, which made for a key media photo opportunity for both TV and print purposes. The building was fully leased due to a successful integrated campaign.
