Front-End Web Developer


Neff Associates is an award-winning branding agency looking for an associate web developer that we can work with on a project to project basis. The ideal candidate will work with our head developer and creative team to build responsive, cutting-edge websites. Candidates should understand the basic tenets of design. Digital Content Producer


Neff Associates is looking for a full time Digital Content Producer to join our Social Media and Creative team. This individual would script, shoot, edit, and help publish client and agency content for a variety of digital platforms. S/he will help manage daily updates through content management systems to keep subscribers and prospects up-to-date with relevant information.
The ideal candidate for this position is adept at using filming and editing equipment and software, has a creative eye and is comfortable behind a camera, understands complex content and scheduling systems, is comfortable tracking large amounts of information and offers a proven blend of editorial skills (copy writing, social media best practices) and technical know-how. Prior experience producing for web or digital property is a must. An interest in a fast paced, creative, collaborative atmosphere is also preferred.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Develop, create and deploy content across all digital outlets for the web and social
Manage day-to-day digital content creation and uploading in a variety of content management systems
Aid “internal clients” in their adoption and use of CMS and scheduling tools
Ensure accuracy of program schedule information online
Edit and proofread a variety of content types for the web, ensuring it meets style, tone and marketing message requirements, as well as reflecting the corresponding brand voice
  • Owns projects end-to-end as assigned and overseen by manager
  • Intimately understands corporate priorities and how they connect to trends and media
  • Works proactively and volunteers assistance without being asked & under tight schedules
  • Acts as point-person and in-house “expert” for certain content publishing systems and editing software
  • Manages relationships with other teams
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Four-year Bachelor’s degree
  • 3 - 5 years of web and/or digital content experience

Requirements and General Skills:

  • Experience behind a camera and with Adobe Creative Cloud editing suite
  • Experience with Content Management Systems and web publishing
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Top-notch spelling, grammar, proofreading and editing skills
  • Meticulous attention to details; strong organizational skills
  • Proven track record of success producing digital content in various categories
  • Familiarity with a variety of online marketing concepts, best practices and procedures

Technical Skills:

  • Working knowledge of HTML and content publishing tools; XML, CSS
  • Extensive experience with content management systems
  • Strong understanding of web production and deployment principles/best practices
  • Ability to edit, crop, color-correct graphic images in Photoshop
  • Thorough knowledge of MS-Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access)
  • Strong working knowledge of social networking tools, e.g. Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, etc.
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices a plus
  • Experience working with scheduling databases or project management software a plus

The Media Buyer & Planner will be responsible for the development, management, and performance of advertising campaigns for various clients across all media platforms.   • 2-3 years experience in media buying, strategy and planning for digital, radio, out-of-home, print and television
  • A proven track record of negotiating and analyzing buys for online and out-of-home (radio, TV and print experience a plus)
